Our division offers several alternatives in hiring; the most common being Temporary to Hire. By selecting this, it gives you the opportunity to check the candidate's work before you hire them! Another option is a buy-out; this is, at any time during the employees 520 hours you may decide to take them on early at a reduced fee. Based on skill level and expertise, all fees or bill rates are negotiable depending on your company's usage with Business Personnel Services. Within this division, we also offer a range of temporary services such as short term, long term and indefinite. This will help your organization get through a time where a permanent employee may not be needed.

Bill rate ranges are based on candidate availability and skill level. These bill rates include all salaries, social security, unemployment taxes, insurance, etc. Business Personnel Services will be competitive with all bill rates according to the Kansas City Industry market.
