Business Personnel Services, Inc. deals with sales professionals, accountants, administrative/general office, industrial and a variety of other vocations. We specialize in Direct Hire placements, and offer a 90 day guarantee for all Direct Hire placements. We look for the best and we match them to the ideal position based off the Client-Company's needs.

Our Contract Services division offers several alternatives in hiring; the most common being temporary-to-hire placements. The candidate should complete 520 hours on our payroll, then is eligible to transfer to the Client-Company's payroll with no additional cost. By selecting this, it gives you, the Company, the opportunity to check the candidate's work before you hire them. Another option is is a buyout; at any time during the Contract worker's hours, they may be taken onto your payroll early for a reduced fee.  All fees and bill rates are based on skill level and expertise, and are negotiable depending on your company's usage with BPS. Within this division, we also offer short term, long term, and indefinite. This will help your organization get through a time where a permanent employee may not be needed.

Bill Rates are based off the candidates availability and skill level. These rates include: salary, social security, unemployment taxes, insurance, etc.  Business Personnel Services, Inc, is competitive with rates according to the KC industry markets.
