Business Personnel Services, Inc. employs full-time recruiters who are continuously focused on recruiting candidates from various sources including local colleges, social organizations, Department of Employment Security, internet, company downsizing and good old fashioned networking.
Consultants conduct face-to-face interviews with all applicants. When possible, references are checked by representatives from previous employers. We feel that references are a vital part in candidate assessment.
TESTING AND TRAINING UPON REQUEST
Pre-Qualified administrative, clerical, office support and accounting candidates are tested upon request by the clients. Business Personnel Services, Inc. has state of the art testing software designed for complete accredited testing. Testing allows us to assess their proficiency and analyze skill level. All tests are standardized, computer scored and stored in the candidate's database for future retrieval.
PAYROLL AND BILLING
Business Personnel Services, Inc. invoices our contract service clients weekly. Direct hire clients are billed upon candidates start date. Our accounting department will be happy to answer any questions that may arise.
